Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Perform all duties of Park Grounds Team Member/Team Lead
- Ensure operation meets the company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all park and department operational and safety policies and procedures
- Supervise, train, develop, and evaluate line level employees
- Ensure all radio calls are handled quickly and efficiently
- Assist in keeping SOPs and SDS sheets up to date
- Ensure staffing levels are accurate and appropriate to the business needs and work with the Entertainment/Park Services Operations Manager to make necessary adjustments
- Work cooperatively with all departments in Wild Adventures
- Ensure inventory levels and expenses are appropriate to the business needs and work with the Attractions Operations Manager to make necessary adjustments
- Ensure clean work areas and storage closet areas
- Represent the company to guests and other team members in a positive & friendly manner
- Satisfy Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, report to work regularly and on time
- "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities
Education
High school graduate or general education degree preferred.
Experience
6-12 months of Park Services or Supervisory experience, or equivalent related educational experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Competency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Certifications & Licenses
- Must be approved as a Safety Trainer by the Safety Department.

Position requires ability to read, write, and speak English.

Position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in presence of dust and odors. Team Members are susceptible to exposure of various chemicals, bodily fluids, blood borne pathogens, prolonged exposure to sunlight.
