Vail Resorts in Bartlett, NH is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Crew member. This entry level role helps maintain the base area and deliver an exceptional arrival experience, with duties spanning painting, landscaping, and weather cleanup.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 employment. Both full-time and part-time hours are available. Housing is provided and employees receive lift tickets, lodging discounts, and other benefits.

Job Specifications

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks
• Provide additional support to other resort operations
• Other duties as assigned
