Job summary

The Linn Companies in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Support team member to help care for 30 company properties. You will perform lawn care, irrigation, fertilization in season, and assist with winter snow removal and related tasks.

Join a small crew and help maintain property appearance, operate basic equipment, and provide reliable service to tenants and customers while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care: mowing, edging, fertilizing, irrigation.
• Assist with snow removal: plowing, shoveling, ice control.
• Operate heavy equipment or willingness to learn (mowers, tractors, skid steer).
• Keep the maintenance garage and storage areas clean and organized.
• Communicate with customers and vendors professionally.
• Maintain curb appeal to 5-Star standards.
• Follow OSHA and local safety requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
