Summary
Under the direction of the Grounds/Repair Foreman, the Grounds/Repair Technician installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and cares for landscapes, including mowing, tree care, fertilization, aeration, herbicide application; installs, troubleshoots, and maintains irrigation systems, including controller programming and central control systems.

Description
This position is open to all qualified applicants and will remain open until filled. It involves operating backhoes, installing, maintaining, and repairing landscaping and sprinkler systems. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of related experience, a driver’s license, and a Pesticide Applicator’s License. The candidate must be able to obtain a CDL within 4 months. Knowledge of equipment repair, landscaping, irrigation systems, blueprints, and safety procedures is essential. Proficiency with computers and maintenance of inventory are also required.
