Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper for The Reef in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming grounds for residents.

You will perform landscaping, pool maintenance assistance, turnover support, and basic maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma, basic English and computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs while living within 30 miles of the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for work orders.
• Must live within 30 miles and have transportation.

Responsibilities

• Keep interior and exterior areas clean and presentable.
• Care for plants, shrubs, and flowers.
• Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Support unit turnover and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide friendly service to residents and post newsletters.
• Inspect property daily for hazards.
• Assist with light maintenance duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
