Job summary

Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Grounds Mechanic to perform and oversee grounds maintenance for the Northwest Hospital Campus, ensuring safety and reliability of all equipment and facilities. Lead the maintenance of exterior lots and campus grounds and supervise snow removal as needed.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance and minor repairs on lawn care equipment and related tools, maintaining clean grounds, and supporting safety compliance across hospital

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Licensure: Full MD Driver's license (not provisional or permit) and good driving record.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, performs and oversees all grounds related duties.
• Monitor weather-related conditions and provide lead to oversee snow removal.
• Clean and maintain exterior lots and campus grounds for trash and debris.
• Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn care equipment, tools and grounds related equipment.
