Job summary

San Juan Unified School District is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician with Maintenance and Operations to support the district’s facilities. The role is full-time permanent with an 8-hour day, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, located in the Maintenance and Operations site.

Salary ranges from $20.70 to $30.42 per hour, with a 12-month calendar (260 days) and annual benefits included. A California Class A license is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• One year of paid experience in grounds maintenance and general repair work.
• Valid California Class A driver’s license within 30 days of hire or before driving any vehicle requiring this license.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Any combination of training, education, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position, including one year of paid experience in grounds maintenance and general repair work.
Required: Valid California Class A driver's license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles within 30 days of hire or before driving any vehicle requiring this license.
