Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Maintenance Grounds worker for a site in Southwest Houston, Texas. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, including lawn care and debris removal.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour with full-time hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position is Full-time, Temporary to Hire, offering weekly pay and benefits after qualifying service time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to lift and stack objects 15 to 20 lbs.
• Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching; may also include climbing ladders and staircases.
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions – heat, cold, rain.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the roadways throughout the facility clean of debris.
• Daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds including cleaning and removing trash.
• Observe necessary safety precautions.
• Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed.
• Any other duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
• Responsible for mowing grass on property and using a weed eater.
