• Plant, mulch, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaping.
• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment.
• Remove leaves, branches, trash, and other debris from outdoor areas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds throughout the property.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping and property maintenance projects.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Safely use hand tools and outdoor power equipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist with additional groundskeeping and property maintenance duties as needed.

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
