• Plant, mulch, water, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscaping features.
• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and landscaping equipment safely.
• Remove debris, leaves, brush, and other materials to maintain attractive outdoor spaces.
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance including spring cleanup, mulching, and fall preparation.
• Inspect property grounds and identify maintenance needs.
• Follow safety guidelines, equipment procedures, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience ingrounds maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or general outdoor laborpreferred.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment.
