Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Laborer responsible for maintaining landscapes, roads, and parking areas at multiple facilities. You will operate basic equipment, perform routine lawn care, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Expect full-time, onsite work in support of our nationwide projects with potential travel between sites.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in grounds maintenance or knowledge of grounds maintenance standards, techniques and materials.
• Proper use of PPE; ability to identify and work safely with manual and power tools.
• Ability to manage materials, time, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Mows lawns and maintains landscaping and grounds.
• Operates weed eaters, blowers, and removes debris to keep grounds tidy.
• Trims hedges, edges plantbeds, and maintains overall landscape appearance.
• Monitors equipment and reports malfunctions; may travel between facilities.
