Job summary

Strategic Storage Partners, LLC is seeking a grounds maintenance worker to perform grass cutting and related tasks on site in Louisiana. Under supervision you will operate tractors, mowers, weed eaters, and other equipment, water landscapes, apply fertilizers and pesticides, trim hedges, and assist maintenance trades as needed.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED with two years in grounds maintenance, valid Class E license, ability to work independently or on a team, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with two years of grounds maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate grass cutting tractors and related equipment.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Valid Class E State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform grass cutting and grounds maintenance tasks on site.
• Operate tractors, mowers, weed eaters, and other equipment; water landscapes; apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as directed.
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and trees; rake and pick up debris; clean equipment and drive company vehicles to work areas.
• Assist maintenance trades with various tasks and perform overtime on high growth months (Fridays, occasionally Saturdays).
