Qualifikationen

• Experience in grounds keeping and with small power equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record; use of a company vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Cleans and keeps equipment used in grounds maintenance in good working order.
• Plants and trims lawns, trees, bushes, hedges and shrubs with hand tools or motorized vehicles.
• Landscape new ground areas; repairs damaged ground areas and replaces plantings.
• Removes snow and spreads salt on sidewalks/parking lots during icy conditions.
• Drives vehicles to pick up supplies and materials.
• Mows lawns, weeds, removes debris; keeps property well-maintained and presentable.
• Maintains fences, repairs and painting; handles general tasks as directed.
• Leaves, storm cleanup, sowing grass seed, spreading straw as needed.
