Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper for Vintage Winter Park to maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal to attract new residents. You will perform daily landscape upkeep, pressure wash, and assist with minor service tasks while prioritizing resident satisfaction.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility to work weekends, and a commitment to quality in a busy multi-family environment with strong safety practices and professional interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspects grounds daily and removes trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standards.
• Runs the trash compactor and removes trash from vacant apartments.
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas.
• Maintain sidewalks and building access during inclement weather.
• Complete assigned minor service tickets and interact with residents professionally.
• Adhere to safety policies and assist with other duties as assigned.
