Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial grounds or landscaping experience.
• Physical strength and stamina for outdoor work.
• Ability to read, write and understand directions.
• Driver's license (Rhode Island Class 2) required.
• Pre-employment physical, criminal background check and DMV check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning of grounds and snow shoveling.
• Operate trucks and power equipment; move soil and materials.
• Assist trades people in their duties and perform minor painting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
