Job summary

RR Living is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to oversee cleanliness of common areas and vacant apartments at the Ridgewood Savannah community. The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial mindset, goal orientation, and teamwork to maintain property standards in all weather conditions.

The position requires physical upkeep of multifamily properties, with duties including painting, trash removal, and proper chemical handling. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a professional apartment maintenance team.
• Must be able to work independently and interact well with a variety of personalities.
• Maintain a positive attitude and present a neat, professional image.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean vacant units for move-ins.
• Clean and maintain community areas and management office.
• Recycle materials per training procedures.
• Report broken items to management.
• Exterior and interior painting tasks.
• Remove trash from grounds and units and ensure grounds are clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
