Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking experienced Groundskeepers to take ownership of the upkeep and maintenance of our property grounds in Birmingham, AL. You will perform daily cleaning, maintain pool areas, and assist with trash pickup and apartment turnover as needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and follow directions.
• Prefer knowledge of pool maintenance and grounds care.
• Reliable transportation to get to work.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Maintains pool, pool areas, and pool furniture.
• Trashes out vacant apartments.
• Moves appliances with assistance.
• Assist maintenance in keeping a clean shop.
• Assists with resident functions as required.
• Wears PPE and follows safety policies.
