Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain the property's grounds, pool areas, and common spaces. The role includes daily cleaning, pool upkeep, and assisting with trash removal and vendor coordination to keep the grounds in top condition.

We value reliable transportation, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude. OSHA safety rules and PPE usage are expected, with occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills to understand and follow directions.
• Prefer knowledge of pool maintenance and general grounds care.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pool, pool areas, and pool furniture.
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Trashes out vacant apartments.
• Moves appliances using appliance dolly.
• Assists maintenance in keeping a clean and orderly shop.
• Accompanies vendors to apartments.
• Cleans and shampoos carpet.
• Waters plants and grass as required.
• Participates in preventive maintenance programs.
• Reports maintenance problems.
