Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC, is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician at Hilton College Station in Aggieland, TX. The role involves hands-on lawn care, planting, mowing, pruning, irrigation system upkeep, equipment operation, and basic repair work to maintain outdoor spaces around the hotel.

You will support visitor services and park operations, with physical outdoor work, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a commitment to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred.
• Ability to perform manual outdoor labor and lift up to 50+ pounds.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance: planting, watering, mowing, trimming, and mulching trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Pest and disease control: fertilizers, soil amendments, and pesticides to maintain plant health.
• Irrigation: installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation and sprinkler systems.
• Equipment operation and maintenance: operating motorized equipment for mowing, trimming, and tilling, plus basic maintenance and repairs.
