Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors in Seattle is hiring a Porter-Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces, and to support service requests while delivering excellent resident service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience; CPO certification is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, maintenance support, or property management preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and community areas to identify safety hazards and cleanliness issues.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready tasks throughout the year and during turnover.
• Monitor property conditions and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform apartment turn-related tasks and assist with preventative maintenance.
