Tessera is seeking a Skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to support facilities across multiple sites in Silverdale, WA. This full-time role covers lawn care, landscaping, debris removal, and equipment operation, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather, and pass background checks and security clearances. Employee benefits are offered with a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in ground maintenance or laborer work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Read and understand contract requirements and maps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair grounds around the facilities.
• Mow, trim, edge, and control weeds and brush.
• Remove debris from maintenance areas and paths.
• Operate basic grounds equipment and small power tools.
• Assist with snow removal and de-icing as needed.
