Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. The role focuses on keeping grounds, amenities, and exteriors clean and well-maintained, supporting the maintenance team with various tasks to ensure a positive resident experience.

The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive work ethic, with weekend availability as needed. The Porter/Groundskeeper collaborates with the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager

Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Must follow company procedures and take direction.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.
Requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
Grace Hill training compliance is required.

Responsibilities

Grounds & common area maintenance: clean and presentable grounds, remove litter, manage outdoor spaces.
Maintenance assistance: assist with make-ready, paint, and basic upkeep tasks.
Safety & preventive maintenance: follow safety guidelines and report hazards, maintain lighting and utility areas.
Work environment: on-site role with occasional weekend work depending on community needs.
