Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational program preferred.
• Minimum of three years in grounds maintenance and/or construction with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, soil prep, planting, mulching, and leaf removal.
• Perform all phases of snow removal including plowing, salting, shoveling, and roof clearing.
• Lead grounds-related activities through direct participation, organization, and oversight.
• Develop and manage staff work plans based on agency needs and goals.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for staff and individuals supported.
• Maintain and enforce agency policies and procedures.
• Operate land-clearing and earth-moving equipment as needed.
• Ensure gear, tools, and work areas are kept in safe condition.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call requests as required.
• Adhere to Springbrook policies and procedures.
