Reports to: Ground Maintenance Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Typical Schedule: 7AM - 5PM

Objective

To provide the highest level of service and response effectively and efficiently to clients by maintaining their lawns, continuously seeking to improve efficiencies, working closely with the assigned team, and staying educated in the field of grounds maintenance.

Description

The Grounds Maintenance Crew will work as part of a team using a variety of lawn tools to deliver excellent service to Landmark Landscape clients by ensuring their lawns are maintained as directed by the Grounds Maintenance Manager.
