• Mowing and edging: operate mowers to maintain turf and edges.
• Report issues to Crew Lead on turf, plant, tree, or shrub concerns.

What You’ll Do:

• Turf Maintenance: Clear sites of trash, limbs, and rocks to prepare for mowing and edging.
• Landscaping Tasks: Occasionally pull weeds, prune shrubs, and maintain flower beds.
• Debris Management: Blow and collect leaves and grass clippings, loading them into trucks or trailers.
• Mowing & Edging: Operate mowers to maintain healthy turf and edge walkways and curbs.
• Report Issues: Notify the Crew Lead of any turf, plant, tree, or shrub concerns.

Safety Responsibilities:

• Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate mowers, trimmers, power edgers, backpack blowers, and other equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform equipment checks before use and ensure all tools are in working order.
• Maintain Safety Gear: Always wear appropriate safety equipment and ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and well-stocked with necessary materials like first aid kits.

• Physically Fit & Ready to Work – Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and handle outdoor physical labor.

Your Schedule:

• Average workweek: 8-10 hours per day, Monday to Friday, depending on weather conditions.
• Flexible Schedule: Work schedule may shift due to rain delays or project completion needs. Weekends may be required during peak times.
• Growing Season: From April to October – make an impact during Minnesota's busiest months for landscaping!
