Flamingo Flea Market in Bonita Springs, FL seeks a dependable Grounds Maintenance Support to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment in top condition. You’ll perform painting, repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests, sellers, and staff.

Responsibilities include operating landscaping tools, completing inspections, supporting events, and maintaining storage areas. The role offers full-time hours and a hands-on outdoor workplace.

Competenze

• General knowledge of landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers and trimmers.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, painting, and carpentry.
• Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to safely operate golf carts, landscaping equipment, and company vehicles.

Flamingo Flea Market is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Grounds Maintenance Support team member to help maintain our buildings, grounds, equipment, and overall property.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, completing a variety of projects, and seeing immediate results. No two days are exactly the same; you may paint or make repairs one day and assist with landscaping, equipment maintenance, or a special event the next.

You will play an important role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests, sellers, and employees.

What You’ll Do

• Perform painting, patching, and general property upkeep.

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, crawl, climb, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
• Safely lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials weighing approximately 25 to 40 pounds.
• Work safely in confined spaces and at elevated heights using ladders or scaffolding.
• Safely use hand tools, landscaping equipment, and maintenance equipment.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor areas throughout the property.
