Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads a small team in routine tasks of grounds management; trains, assigns, coordinates and reviews work.
• Performs weed abatement and grounds-related functions.
• Oversees planting, trimming, fertilizing and irrigating trees, shrubs, lawns; waters as needed.
• Operates groundskeeping power equipment as necessary.
• Coordinates maintenance of parking lots, walks, driveways, fences and related areas.
• Maintains communication with team leader, supervisor and public.
