The position requires travel to local centers, outdoor work in varying weather, and occasional early-morning or weekend snow removal. A valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn care, grounds maintenance, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local centers as required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent needs including early morning or weekend snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Maintains exterior appearance, cleanliness, and safety of center grounds and facilities.
• Performs regular lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.
• Handles seasonal grounds work such as leaf raking, debris removal, and landscaping upkeep.
• Performs snow and ice removal from walkways, driveways, parking areas, and entrances.
• Manages trash and recycling pickup and transports to disposal sites.
• Performs light maintenance tasks including changing bulbs, minor repairs, and painting touch-ups.
• Inspects grounds to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Operates and maintains lawn care equipment and snow removal machinery.
• Coordinates with the Director of Property Services for equipment needs and supplies.
