Responsibilities

Performs grounds maintenance and upkeep for District facilities, including landscaping and seasonal lawn care.
Operates common grounds and landscaping maintenance equipment and performs related manual tasks.
Maintains irrigation systems and sprinklers; trims trees and shrubs and attends to landscaping.
Cleans up trash and debris; inspects areas and loads or hauls materials as needed.
Follows safety rules and reports unsafe acts or conditions; maintains daily logs and reports.
