Responsibilities

• Performs grounds maintenance and upkeep for District facilities, including landscaping, athletics fields, and seasonal lawn care and snow removal.
• Operates common grounds and landscaping maintenance equipment; performs manual labor grounds maintenance tasks.
• Maintains irrigation systems and sprinklers; sweeps and cleans grounds, landscaping and adjacent areas.
• Picks up and delivers furniture, equipment and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspects and maintains assigned equipment and hand tools; completes minor repairs and adjustments on equipment.
