Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years landscaping or horticultural experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Pesticide application experience in a commercial environment preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Performs planting and related activities.
• Lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, weed pulling, and other routine lawn maintenance.
• Parking lot re-striping and parking structure maintenance.
• Operate lawn equipment and snow removal equipment.
• Moves materials and equipment and assists on landscaping and hardscaping projects.
• Assist Facilities Maintenance staff on special projects.
• Be on-call for emergencies and routine snow removal.
• Attend meetings and trainings as assigned.
