Job summary

YES Communities in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Grounds Keeper to maintain community grounds and ensure safe, attractive exteriors. You will perform mowing, trimming, landscaping, and routine upkeep of outdoor spaces across the property.

Responsibilities include minor repairs on equipment, assisting with notices and meter reads, and adhering to OSHA standards. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are preferred, OSHA trainings are a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital devices.
• OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community assets including grounds, buildings, and equipment.
• Mow lawns and trim edges around walks and flower beds.
• Landscape and prune trees; plant flowers and manage beds.
• Perform minor repairs on groundskeeping equipment.
• Follow OSHA standards and wear PPE.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with notices and meter reads.
• Clear snow and de-ice to keep winter roads safe.
• Communicate with team, vendors, and residents.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
