Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain and improve the grounds at our facilities in Florida. You will perform mowing, trimming, leaf removal, and related duties, adapting to seasonal needs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating landscape equipment, planting and cleaning exterior areas, and performing minor repairs. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to sustainability practices while supporting our customers and team.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or horticulture preferred.
• Must hold a valid non-commercial driver's license.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping principles and power landscape equipment.
• Ability to adhere to safety procedures.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures and variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves facility grounds following sustainability guidelines.
• Applies designs to address landscaping needs.
• Performs planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping, raking, salting, shoveling snow, removing ice.
• Operates power mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers and other equipment.
• May operate trucks, tractors and attachments used to maintain grounds as needed.
• Cleans sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and related areas.
• Performs regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports malfunctions to supervisor.
