Job summary

Clean-Tech Company, based in Greer, SC, is seeking Groundskeepers for the 1st shift (7am-3:30pm). The role includes lawn mowing, edging, pruning, and general landscape maintenance for client sites. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work weekends.

Groundwork experience is preferred and compensation is $18.00 per hour in a full-time, on-site position. We offer a benefits package including Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and a 401K/403b plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in performing grounds maintenance.
• Must have a valid state Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf using various mowers; Line trimming and edging.
• Sweeping and blowing leaves and clippings; Prune shrubs and trees as needed and clear debris.
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds features.
• Pruning, planting, removal or replacement of shrubs, plants, and flowers; pruning of trees and replacement of trees that are planted as a replacement due to the removal of diseased or damaged trees.
• Prepare soil uniformly for flower or groundcover installation; mulch application; bed preparation using soil amendments.
• Apply mulch appropriately for type of material.
• Water material correctly. Perform Maintenance on Equipment
• Wash equipment and truck; maintain and repair tools and structures as needed.
