Job summary

Clean-Tech Company in Spartanburg, SC is hiring Groundskeepers to maintain landscapes and outdoor spaces. This role requires operating mowers, trimming, pruning, and planting with attention to detail and safety.

You will prepare trucks, load equipment, and ensure tools are well maintained while following company standards. The position is first shift, Monday–Friday with some weekends required, and requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in performing grounds maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Mathematical skills: basic arithmetic, rates, ratios, percent.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf using various mowers; trim edges and sweep leaves.
• Prepare trucks and equipment; load gear and secure it for transport.
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment used on site.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant material with correct spacing.
• Keep grounds clean; monitor for hazards and safety compliance.
• Follow safety training; maintain daily progress logs.
