Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a facilities maintenance worker to perform general maintenance and repair across buildings and equipment, applying practical skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

Responsibilities include repairing sinks, toilets, floors, doors, and windows, along with general equipment maintenance and safety compliance. Must pass drug/alcohol and background checks and hold a valid driver's license. On-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
• Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
• Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
• Must be able to perform duties under adverse weather conditions (extreme cold / heat, etc.). Must be able to perform On-call duties when scheduled and report to work within specified time frame.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide facilities maintenance support through the performance of general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
