PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide facilities maintenance support through general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings. The role requires practical skills and knowledge in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment.
2. Repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
3. Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles.
4. Hanging doors and installing door locks.
5. Replacing broken windowpanes.
6. Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
7. Performing other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain it.
• Successful completion of a drug/alcohol test and criminal record check.
• Safe driving record as per company policy to operate a company vehicle.
• Practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices.
• Ability to perform duties under adverse weather conditions.
• Availability for on-call duties and reporting within specified time frames.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, walk, crouch, crawl, reach, and balance frequently.
