Precision Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Groundskeepers / Landscaping Laborers for a long-term opportunity with Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of physical work, and take pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Pay is $20.00 per hour with a flexible schedule including Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with days off during the week.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor labor.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and outdoor areas.
• Remove trash, leaves, debris, and other materials from properties.
• Assist with weeding, mulching, planting, and maintaining flower beds.
• Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, hand tools, and basic landscaping equipment.
• Seasonal landscaping and property cleanup.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe outdoor spaces.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
