Qualifications

• No prior experience required; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
• Maintain the cleanliness of sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas through sweeping and other methods.
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor spaces and gardens.
• Assist with snow removal and ice control as applicable.
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report them to appropriate personnel.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
