Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Plants, waters, fertilizes, edges, and cuts grass; rakes leaves; trims trees and hedges.
Checks grounds for vandalism; erases graffiti on walls.
Picks up trash and debris; sweeps sidewalks.
Performs minor carpentry; cleans filters; replaces light bulbs; basic painting.
Operates tractor mower and city vehicles; checks oil, gas, and water levels.
Assists in sprinkler repairs and plumbing tasks; digs trenches for pipes.
Maintains recreational fields; marks foul lines and home plate.
Sets up for services/events; provides customer service; cleans up after events.
Prepares and maintains records of work performed.
Will drive a City vehicle for city business.
