Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
5 years of related supervisory or leadership experience.
Valid CDL Class B and Hoisting License.
Comprehensive knowledge of equipment, safety practices and procedures in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and participate in grounds upkeep, maintenance, and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and campus policies.
Oversee multiple shifts to maintain consistent operations and coverage.
Collaborate with facilities, custodial staff, and other departments as needed.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide hands-on support when needed.
Supervise repairs to concrete and asphalt surfaces including patching potholes and resurfacing walkways.
