Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. The position offers full-time hours, Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A valid driver’s license and insurance as required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections of facilities and grounds.
• Patrol assigned area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Apply herbicides and pesticides as needed.
• Maintain mulch beds and plant trees and shrubs.
• Operate hand tools and larger grounds equipment.
• Manage waste and daily logs and gas receipts.
• Seasonal tasks including snow removal.
• Provide backup in departments as needed.
• Assist in event setup and unloading grounds deliveries.
