Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking a part-time cleaning associate to perform light cleaning across restrooms, classrooms and public areas on the Anderson campus. You will work 28 hours weekly between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, stocking supplies, sanitizing fixtures, sweeping, mopping and maintaining floors, trash and entryways.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock paper supplies and hand cleaning product dispensers in restrooms.
• Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and fixtures including base and behind toilets.
• Sweep and mop restrooms; clean mirrors; vacuum carpeted areas.
• Clean classrooms; empty trash; wipe table tops; sweep floors.
• Maintain entryways, outdoor lounge areas, and all receptacles.
• Clean doors, windows, and frequently touched surfaces daily.
• Support setup for community rooms and other duties as assigned.
