Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Grounds Keeper to maintain the community grounds and facilities, including mowing, trimming, and debris removal to enhance curb appeal. The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

You will perform landscapes, minor equipment repairs, and ensure safety compliance with PPE and OSHA standards. Snow removal and other duties may be required as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• In-state driver's license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software on electronic devices (work tablet).
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community assets including grounds, buildings, equipment, pools, etc.
• Mow lawns and trim edges around walks, flower beds, etc.
• landscaping, including mowing, trimming, planting flowers, pruning grounds as needed.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment used in groundskeeping.
• Follow OSHA standards and wear PPE.
