Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all community areas.
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas and interiors free of trash.
• Perform daily audits of grounds and report findings to management.
• Assist with apartment turnover as needed.
• Test smoke detectors in vacant apartments.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
