Job summary

Career Systems Development Corporation seeks a Grounds Keeping and Custodial teammate at our Troutdale center. The role involves maintaining outdoor areas, general building upkeep, and custodial duties with a 7:30 am–4:30 pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will operate lawn equipment, assist with moving center equipment, and perform related janitorial tasks while complying with safety rules and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED; read and write English; six months experience in maintenance.
• Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.
• Knowledge: Valid state driver's license; CPR/FA certification; ability to operate power tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
• Maintains and cares for outdoor areas of the Center.
• Operates machinery such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, tractors.
• Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles.
• Assists in relocation of center equipment and furniture.
• Performs minor building construction tasks.
• Performs interior and exterior center janitorial and grounds keeping tasks.
• Attends required staff trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
