Job summary

Tresco Inc. is hiring for a Groundskeeping/Custodial role in Alamogordo, NM. You will mow, edge, and trim lawns, remove litter, maintain desert landscapes, and operate outdoor equipment to keep facilities clean and presentable.

The role also covers restrooms, floors, windows, and public areas cleaning, stocking supplies, and ensuring professional upkeep. A valid driver's license and a High School diploma are preferred. Weekends off offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance.
• Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways.
• Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance.
• Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more.
• Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways.
• Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries.
• Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition.
