Job Description: Grounds Crew Member

Our Grounds Crew is responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping around the lodge during summer and snow clearing throughout the winter. This role involves handling various ongoing projects year-round, and we welcome your help in keeping our property beautiful.

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Clean driving record
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Position starts around December 1st or with the first snowfall
• Snow removal of all outdoor hotel property
• Use of moderate to heavy equipment (e.g., snow blower, shovels)
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Ensure safety and appearance of sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
• Operate trucks or utility vehicles for transporting equipment and supplies
