Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Groundperson to assist with safety, brush clearance, and equipment maintenance in the field. You will operate a chainsaw, feed brush into a wood chipper, and help maintain vehicles and gear in proper working order.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and no prior experience required for entry-level roles; a valid driver's license is preferred but not required. This role is based on-site with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; entry-level position, no experience required.
• Driver's License preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
