Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver’s license required; commercial driver’s license preferred and may be required, depending on job requirements.
• Certificates and licenses as necessary per state law including pesticide/herbicide licenses.
• Line clearance certification if working near utility transmission lines.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for crew by controlling lowering ropes, limbs and persons from aloft.
• Supplies tools for tree workers.
• Controls road and sidewalk traffic using warning devices as needed.
• Cuts, chips and loads brush and wood; ensures proper job site cleanup.

Education

Job Duties
